All accepted papers of MSEE 2025 will be published by Proceedings of SPIE-The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277786X) as conference proceeding, and it will be submitted to SPIE Digital Library, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

The Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) is a non-profit professional organization in the United States. Its members are scientists, engineers and users, as well as those interested in the practical application and popularization of optical engineering technology. It brings together engineers, scientists, students and business professionals to advance light-based science and technology. It hosts industry-leading conferences and exhibitions, conference proceedings, books and journals published in the SPIE Digital Library, and career-building opportunities to connect and engage with a global audience. SPIE publications are listed in the latest EI Compendex Source List.

近五年前几届MSEE2024, MSEE2023, MSEE2022 and MSEE2021会议录用的文章全部已经以论文集的形式由英国皇家物理学会(IOP Publishing)旗下Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS)出版，并且成功被EI检索，提交: EI Compendex，Scopus，Inspec and CPCI-S (the proceedings database of ISI Web of Science, 即ISTP)

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
